What we’re looking for?

The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous design platforms of digital, video and print forms. Managerial skills to the lead the team of designers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

• Create compelling and effective brand identity, print and digital media creatives.

• Maintain awareness of current industry, technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• Create central campaign creatives for brands.

• Design creatives for Social Media Marketing.

• Be a part of Brainstorming and Idea Generation Meetings.

• Lead the design team to achieve creative best, perfection and unique content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Experience of 2 years or more in Graphic Design

• Experience of 1 year or more in leading a team of 4 or more.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• Animation in 2D or 3D would be an added advantage.
